An AI assistant inside Odoo

A chat inside the management system that answers questions about the company's documents, reads files and carries out on its own the jobs it is given. It is made of five modules, which can be chosen one at a time.

The question everyone asks

What about company data?

The system uses Google's APIs, which comply with the GDPR because the data is not used to train AI models. On top of that, a local AI can be installed that anonymises the data before sending it to providers such as Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic, so private information never leaves the company.

Other work

Delivery note signed on a tablet

Whoever delivers or collects the goods signs the transport document directly on the tablet. Right after, it prints on the printer, with no steps in between.

Before: delivery notes are signed by hand and have to be filed.

After: you sign on the tablet and printing starts straight away.

Reports in Excel, PDF and other formats

I extract data from the management system and turn it into tidy reports, ready to open, print or send, without retyping anything by hand.

Before: every week someone copies the same lists by hand.

After: reports come out of the system, already in Excel or PDF.

Industry 4.0 and 5.0 setups

I configure company systems to work to the 4.0 and 5.0 requirements, with machines and data connected to the management system.

Before: machines and the management system don't talk to each other.

After: machine data arrives in Odoo on its own.
